Thank you for shopping with Nuvrali™. This Shipping Policy outlines our order processing, delivery timeframes, and important shipping information.
1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated delivery times after processing:

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our control.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping option. Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
4. TRACKING INFORMATION
All orders include tracking. Once your order ships, your tracking number will be sent via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to become active in the carrier’s system.
5. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is accurate at checkout. Nuvrali™ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Nuvrali™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your order, please contact your local carrier directly before reaching out to us.
7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International delivery times may vary due to customs clearance.
Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and fees required by their country.
8. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been processed. If you need to update your order, please contact us immediately after placing it. We cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun.
